In most cases, buyer must pay ACTUAL shipping amount. We do not mark up costs, nor do we charge any handling or other fees.  They're just plain stupid. 

We ship primarily by UPS but will also use Priority Mail or US Mail when appropriate or more cost effective.  Overnight and 2nd day services also available at cost to buyer. 

Provided below are direct links to the shipping sites - using our zip code of 55366 as origin, and yours as destination, you can estimate your shipping costs.  Please be sure to mark HOME DELIVERY if your item will be shipping to a residential area.

Any returns / refunds MUST be approved by us prior to returning item.  Restocking fees may apply.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if we screwed up.  If you made a mistake or changed your mind, we'll gladly refund your purchase price, but the shipping cost and return shipping cost is at your expense.  ELECTRICAL ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS - if you blow it up, it's yours.
